Your order will be sent out on average within 1-5 business days of ordering.
Costs vary on the shipping option you pick at checkout.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Orders within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.
Order never arrived
If your order doesn't arrive, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll re-send your order on us!
We offer a 7 Day Hassle FREE exchange if you’re unsatisfied with your item. Please contact us at email@example.com. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Liamuiga International Outreach does not offer refund because Liamuiga is nonprofit organization. Your purchase on LIO508.org or Lyamiga.org fundraising store may be tax deductible. Ask your tax adviser.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. We offer 7 days FREE Returns/Exchanges for any defected items from us. You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damage during the initial shipping to you, the customer/donor.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, let us know and we'll get you sorted out. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled.
