1. Eligibility. This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, and to residents of other countries and U.S. territories where participation is permitted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other territories or jurisdictions where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Liamuiga International Outreach (“LIO”) are not eligible. Participation constitutes full agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

 

2. Sponsor / Administrator. This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by: Liamuiga International Outreach, 5765F Burke Centre Parkway, Suite 108, Burke, VA 22015

 

3. Promotion Period. The Liamuiga Fundraiser Sweepstakes / Giveaway beginning and ending periods vary. See the fundraising ca December 8, 2025 at 11:11 AM ET and ends April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsor is the official timekeeper.

 

4. Free Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without donating, mail a handwritten self-addressed, U.S. Priority postage-paid envelope to: Liamuiga International Outreach, 5765F Burke Centre Pkwy, Suite 108, Burke, VA 22015. Limit one request per outer envelope. Typed, reproduced, or mechanically generated submissions are void. Requests must be postmarked by the Promotion Period end date and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

 

5. Entry Conditions. Automated entries, bulk submissions, robotic systems, and sweepstakes-entry services are prohibited. Illegible, late, or incomplete entries are void. Entrants may request a refund of a donation within fifteen (15) days prior to the Promotion Period end date by emailing info@LiamuigaGiveaway.com.

 

6. Winner Selection. Within ten (10) business days of achieving the fundraising goal, an independent third-party firm will conduct a random electronic drawing from all valid entries received. Entrants need not be present to win.

 

7. Winner Notification. Conditional winners will be notified by email, text, or phone within three (3) business days. Failure to respond within three (3) business days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

8. Verification of Winners. Conditional winners must sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Selection Affidavit, IRS Form W-9, and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Canadian winners must also pass a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

 

9. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning are 1 divided by the total number of valid entries received for the Giveaway.

 

10. Prizes. Prizes include cash awards and tax-withholding amounts as listed on the official Giveaway page. One (1) Grand Prize: $250,000 cash, plus $75,000 toward IRS federal tax withholding. One (1) First Place Prize: $50,000 cash, plus $15,000 toward federal tax withholding. Two (2) Second Place Prizes: $25,000 each, plus $7,500 toward federal tax withholding. Thirty (30) Third Place Prizes: $10,000 each, plus $3,000 toward federal tax withholding. One hundred and eleven (111) Special Drawing Prizes, plus federal tax withholding. Winners are responsible for all taxes not expressly paid by Sponsor. Taxes: Most covered by us; additional state or federal taxes may apply. Prizes are non-transferable; substitutions may be made at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

11. Release & Hold Harmless. By participating, entrants release Liamuiga International Outreach and all affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any liability arising from participation, entry submission, prize acceptance, travel, or use/misuse of any prize.

 

12. Publicity Rights. Except where prohibited, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

13. General Conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

 

14. Limitation of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of conflicting statements, these Official Rules control.

 

15. Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. No class actions are permitted.

 

16. Winners List. For a list of winners, visit https://Liamuiga508.org/winners or mail a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Liamuiga International Outreach, Winners List, 5765F Burke Centre Parkway, Suite 108, Burke, VA 22015. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the Giveaway end date.

 

17. Prize Disclaimer. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the condition or fitness of any prize.

 

18. No Affiliation. This Giveaway is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any social media platforms or third-party companies, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, or others.
