OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

 

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Making a donation does not increase the chances of winning. Participation is voluntary. Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and U.S. territories where permitted by law who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, including but not limited to Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Liamuiga International Outreach (“Sponsor”) are not eligible.

 

Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

 

The Sweepstakes begins on January 28, 2026, at 20:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper.

 

If the fundraising objective is achieved prior to the scheduled end date, the prize drawing may occur within five (5) business days thereafter, subject to verification and administrative readiness.

 

5. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

 

To enter without making a donation, submit a handwritten request of 50 words or fewer explaining why you wish to participate.

 

Each request must be:

 

• Handwritten

• Placed in a standard white envelope

• Limited to one (1) entry per individual per envelope

 

Mail via U.S. Postal Service Certified, Priority, or Express to:

Requests must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within five (5) business days thereafter. Mechanically reproduced, typed, bulk, or automated entries are void.

 

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

 

Automated entries, robotic systems, bulk submissions, or sweepstakes-entry services are prohibited. Illegible, late, incomplete, corrupted, or non-compliant entries are void.

 

Sweepstakes entries and donations are processed separately. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Making a donation does not affect odds.

 

7. FUNDS HANDLING & ESCROW

 

All donations received in connection with this Sweepstakes are deposited into a separate, non-interest-bearing escrow account maintained by or for the benefit of Sponsor.

 

Funds held in escrow are used, in Sponsor’s discretion and in accordance with applicable law, to support the charitable mission of Liamuiga International Outreach, including prize fulfillment, tax-related payments made on behalf of winners, administrative operations, and required fees.

 

The existence of an escrow account does not create any trust, guarantee, entitlement, or preferential right for any entrant or donor, does not affect odds of winning, and does not obligate Sponsor to award any prize beyond those expressly described in these Official Rules.

 

Funds may be released from escrow at various stages of the Sweepstakes for lawful operational purposes consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.

 

8. WINNER SELECTION

 

Within ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends or the fundraising objective is achieved, an independent third-party administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

 

Entrants need not be present to win.

 

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

 

Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, or text message within three (3) business days following the drawing.

 

Failure to respond within three (3) business days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

10. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS

 

Potential winners must complete and return all required documentation within seven (7) days, including but not limited to:

 

• Affidavit of Eligibility

• IRS Form W-9

• Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted)

 

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.

 

11. ODDS OF WINNING

 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

12. PRIZES & OFFICIAL PRIZE SCHEDULE

 

Grand Prize

 

333 Winners may each receive $1,000,000 in cash, with an additional $300,000 designated to assist with potential tax obligations.

 

Additional Prize Tiers (Official Prize Schedule)

 

Up to 49,707 additional eligible winners may receive cash financial-relief prizes, each with an associated tax-assistance allocation, as further detailed in the Official Prize Schedule maintained by Sponsor and incorporated herein by reference.

 

The Official Prize Schedule includes, but is not limited to:

 

• First-Place Prizes:
333 Winners: $100,000 cash + $30,000 estimated tax assistance

 

• Second-Place Prizes:
333 Winners: $50,000 cash + $15,000 estimated tax assistance

 

• Third-Place Prizes:
8,991 Winners: $10,000 cash + $3,000 estimated tax assistance

 

• Fourth-Place Prizes:
40,050 Winners: $5,000 cash + $1,500 estimated tax assistance

 

All prizes are awarded “as is.”

No substitution or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

Tax Information: 

 

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes not expressly paid by Sponsor. Any tax-assistance amounts reflect estimated withholding obligations. Additional taxes or reporting requirements may apply.

 

13. RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS

 

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance or use.

 

14. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

 

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if integrity is compromised. Sponsor decisions are final.

 

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. In the event of conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

 

17. ARBITRATION

 

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. No class actions permitted.
