Liamuiga is pronounced Lie-ah-MEE-gah. Liamuiga is the Indigenous name for the island of St. Kitts, which means, “fertile land.”
Liamuiga International Outreach is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based tax-exempt nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of the people—one person at a time. Utilizing safe and secures financial opportunities, education, mentorship, healthcare, and sustainable development programs, Liamuiga endeavors to create long-lasting effects and diminish global poverty. Our Mission
Our primary mission is to help the people ease their financial burden one person at a time through safe partnership opportunities that brings debt relief and life-changing prize giveaways to all legal residents of the United States over the age of 18—so they may become self-sufficient.
LIO was founded by Jabari Ra El to fulfill a promise he made to his beloved grandmothers before leaving the beautiful island of St. Kitts on Saturday, July 14, 1984… “When I go to America, I will not quit until I find a way to help the people ease their financial burden.”

Our goal is to create an exclusive online community where honesty is celebrated, and members are incentivized for promoting love, unity, and peace.

Odyssey of Our Founder
From the beginning, the founder and leader of Liamuiga International Outreach, Jabari Ra El, confronted the harsh truth of growing up without the constant presence of his parents. Born to a young mother who wed at an early age, Jabari, originally named Paul Thomas, quickly became acquainted with the suffering brought on by familial turmoil. His mother made the sudden decision to leave her family (husband and first-born) in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and move to St. Maarten, bringing a toddler-aged Jabari with her. Read More
