OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

 

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Making a donation does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, and residents of other countries or U.S. territories where participation is permitted by law, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any jurisdiction where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Liamuiga International Outreach (“Sponsor”) are not eligible. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

 

The Sweepstakes begins on January 20, 2026 at 11:11 AM ET and ends on August 5th, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsor is the official timekeeper. If the fundraising goal is achieved prior to July 4, 2026, the prize drawing will occur within five (5) business days thereafter.

 

5. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

 

To enter without donating, mail a handwritten request in a self-addressed, U.S. Priority postage-paid envelope to: Liamuiga International Outreach, 5765F Burke Centre Parkway, Suite 108, Burke, VA 22015. Limit one (1) request per envelope and one (1) request per individual or address. Requests must be handwritten. Typed, photocopied, reproduced, or mechanically generated submissions are void. Requests must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

 

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

 

Automated entries, bulk submissions, robotic systems, or sweepstakes-entry services are prohibited. Illegible, late, incomplete, corrupted, or non-compliant entries are void. Liamuiga International Outreach is a U.S.-based 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based nonprofit organization. Participation in this Sweepstakes is voluntary. Sweepstakes entries and donations are processed separately. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. All sweepstakes entries and donations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Official Rules. Making a donation does not increase the chances of winning.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION

 

Within ten (10) business days after the fundraising goal is achieved, an independent third-party firm will conduct a random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received. Entrants need not be present to win.

 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

 

Potential winners will be notified by email, text message, or telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing. Failure to respond within three (3) business days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

9. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS

 

Potential winners must complete and return, within seven (7) days of notification, all required documentation, including: Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Selection Affidavit, IRS Form W-9, Liability and Publicity Release. Canadian winners must also correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

 

10. ODDS OF WINNING

 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

11. PRIZES

 

Prizes include cash awards and designated tax-withholding allocations: Grand Prize. One (1) Winner: $1,000,000 cash, plus $300,000 designated toward tax withholding. First-Place Prizes: Three (3) Winners: $100,000 cash, plus $30,000 toward tax withholding. Second-Place Prizes: Three (3) Winners: $50,000 cash, plus $15,000 toward tax withholding. Third-Place Prizes: Twenty-Seven (27) Winners: $10,000 cash, plus $3,000 toward tax withholding. Special Drawing Prizes. One Hundred Eleven (111) Winners: $5,000 cash, plus $1,500 toward tax withholding. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes not expressly paid by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

12. RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS

 

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Liamuiga International Outreach and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any liability arising from participation, entry submission, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of any prize.

 

13. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

 

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

 

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of inconsistency between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

 

16. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. No class actions are permitted.
