PARTICIPATION IN LIAMUIGA GIVEAWAY IS 100% VOLUNTARY. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. NO PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION, DONATION OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. IF ALL ENTRIES ARE CLAIMED EARLY, THE DRAWING OCCURS WITHIN 48-HOURS. OTHERWISE, THE GIVEAWAY EXTENDS UP TO 30 DAYS UNTIL ALL ENTRIES ARE FILLED. ODDS OF WINNING IS ONE (1) DIVIDED BY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VALID ENTRIES RECEIVED. 1. Overview

​

The Liamuiga Giveaway is promoted, sponsored, and administered by Liamuiga International Outreach (“LIO”), a Washington State-registered 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based, tax-exempt nonprofit organization, Federal Tax ID: 45-6613633. The Giveaway is advertised on LiamuigaGiveaway.com and Liamuiga508.org. LIO reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any Giveaway at any time for any reason.

2. Eligibility

​

2.1 This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, and other international jurisdictions where not prohibited by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

​

• Employees of Liamuiga International Outreach,

• Paid consultants and contractors working with LIO,

• Members of the LIO Board of Directors,

• Immediate family members (defined as spouses and children) of the above individuals,

• Inmates of any correctional facility.

2.3 Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and LIO’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to any Liamuiga Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

​

3.1 Paid Entry Method:

To enter via paid method, participants must:

• Create an online account at LiamuigaGiveaway.com,

• Answer the Giveaway question correctly,

• Pay the advertised entry fee, and

• Submit the entry form by the Closing Date stated on the Giveaway page.

3.2 Free Entry Method:
 

To enter without making a donation or payment, send a clearly handwritten postcard via United States Postal

​

Service First-Class mail with the following information:

​

• The name of the Giveaway you wish to enter,

• The correct answer to the Giveaway question,

• Your full name, mailing address, best contact phone number, and email address.

​

Include one self-addressed, stamped Priority Mail envelope (except for Vermont residents, who are not required to affix return postage), and mail to:

All free entries must be received by 5:00 PM EST, five (5) business days before the Giveaway’s published Closing Date. Limit one (1) free entry per outer envelope.

4. Entry Conditions

​

4.1 All valid entries—paid or free—will be treated equally and will receive a unique entry code/number. Entries will be included in a publicly verifiable random drawing conducted using a third-party random number generator such as Random.org or Google RNG.

 

4.2 We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, damaged, or illegible entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

 

4.3 Entries generated by automated means or scripts, submitted in bulk, or by third parties will be disqualified. Joint entries are not permitted.

 

4.4 Entries are non-refundable. Digital wallet balances and entry fees cannot be returned or transferred.

 

4.5 We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with or attempts to undermine the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize Details

​​

5.1 Prize details, quantities, and market values are provided on the applicable Giveaway page.

 

5.2 All prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, including a Cash Prize equivalent to the market value of the original prize (discounts applied where relevant).

 

5.3 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable or the winner elects to receive cash instead, the cash substitute will be offered.

 

5.4 Prizes are not negotiable or transferable, except at the sole discretion of LIO.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

​​

6.1 Winner(s) will be selected using a verifiable random number generator and announced within 72 hours of the drawing.

​

6.2 Grand-Prize or Conditional Grand-Prize Winners (for prizes valued at $16,001 or more) will be notified within three (3) business days via phone and email.

 

6.3 If contact cannot be made or documents are not returned within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Verification and Documentation

​

7.1 Conditional Grand-Prize Winners must submit:

​

• A notarized affidavit of eligibility,

• Notarized prize selection affidavit,

• IRS Form W-9, and

• A liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law).

​

Failure to submit documents or to respond in a timely manner will result in disqualification.

​

8. Odds of Winning

​

Odds of winning are calculated as 1 divided by the total number of valid entries received. Odds will be published with the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, unless the winner objects. Such information may be made available to regulators upon request.

​

9. Prize Fulfillment

​

9.1 Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for prize delivery.

 

9.2 Winners of vehicle prizes must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. In-person prize handoff may be required.

 

9.3 If the winner is unable to travel for prize fulfillment, the prize may be forfeited.

10. Publicity Release

​

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow LIO to use their name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If you object to this, you must notify us in writing.

​

11. Limitation of Liability

​

LIO, its officers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation, entry, or prize use. This includes any issues with travel, accommodations, vehicle transport, safety, or third-party platforms.

​

12. Disputes and Arbitration

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to a Liamuiga Giveaway will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, without resort to any form of class action. Entrants agree to use good faith efforts to resolve disputes before initiating arbitration.

​

13. Intellectual Property

​

By submitting an entry, you assign all intellectual property rights in your entry to LIO and waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

14. Not Endorsed By

​

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Truth Social, Rumble, Twitch, or any social media platform.

​

15. Data Use and Privacy

​

Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Entrants consent to receive promotional emails unless they opt out. If a prize is provided in partnership with a third party, your email may be shared with that third party.

​

16. General Conditions

​

LIO reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Giveaway due to force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.

​

The drawing may be broadcast live or recorded for public posting on LIO’s official websites and social media channels.
